I'm pretty sure this is a larva of the ceiling making clothes moth (Tinea pellionella). It 'was crawling on the wall above my bed. I thought it was cool as could be derived from both ends of the shell. I made this video with a pocket digital camera (Canon PowerShot SD450), shows the "hand microscope" (Celestron 44306) that my wife gave me for Christmas. Obviously I'm still shooting the rotation with the thing, but I'm glad you came as it did. To get a feeling ofThe scale is the caterpillar to about 9 mm long.
